i would like to know is IC SN74F04 same as IC 74LS04 ?
does the above 2 ic uses same or different voltage?

and is there any similiar IC for L293D with the same function?

It depends on how you define "same". The logic functions are identical. 74Fxx logic is long obsolete. It was designed to allow faster operation than 7400 logic, but uses a lot more power. It's also pretty noisy, as the output stages permit a bit of shoot-through when switching. a 74Fxx IC will use almost an order of magnitude more power than 74LSxx. They both run on 5 volts Vcc.

Get data sheets to see exact power and speed differences.

They both require +5v for Vcc. 4.5v is the absolute minimum, 5.5v the absolute maximum.
and is there any similiar IC for L293D with the same function?
I don't know what you are planning on doing, except that it sounds like you may be attempting to construct an H-bridge out of inverter ICs.
