Hi,
If you prescale the +/-10V to 0-10V you can use this to get 4-20mAXTR110 (V-I)

To make +/- 10v from 4-20mA(and +/-10mA), use a quality resistor to measure over and scale the voltage to +/- 10v. The 4-20mA scaling needs offset adjustment, but the +/- 10mA is straight forward.

To be honest, conversion to +/- 10mA I have never seen.
