Ok. Perhaps you are running out of current from the lower current mirror.
Let's try increasing the current in the current mirror feeding the two emitters. First, you will need to return the configuration back to the hookup you had right before your last experiment with Q2's collector.
Then lets try a 47K in place of the 200K that is being used to set the current in the lower current mirror.
