Help with led lamp

    Hello i have a led strip ( IMG_20160122_225413827.jpg ) work at 9v.
    I would like to create a lamp to use at home (connected to 220v)
    Can someone help me make a circuit to use the led strip using a transformer that output is 12v 5a?
    Sorry for bad english and sorry if have explained myself badly.

    Not without knowing the current required by the LED.

    Can have a current of 360 mA?

    I'm not sure that is really a 9 volt LED but that is what you told me to work with.

    Thanks for the help, the led strip say 9v (look the image)
    The led come from a lamp powered by 12v dc or 24v ac.
