    Identify SMD.jpg
    Hello all,

I am new to surface mount components, thus I am requesting assistance in identifying the (8) eight components above.

For example, I would assume that the three-lead components: ROY & CZ4-A7 would be transistors, but I have come to find that in the world of SMD, this is not always the case.

    Thanks in advance.

    UPDATE:

I am learning everyday, thus I believe that both components ROY and CZ4-A7 are SOT-23

    ROY dimensions are 3.0mm x 1.3mm
    CZ4-A7 dimensions are 2.9mm x 1.3mm

    "R0Y" (Are-Zero-Wye) is an AD1580ARTZ voltage reference
    "CZ4" might be a BFS19R transistor.

    Go look for yourself: http://www.dl7avf.info/charts/smdcode/index.html#TOC

You're gonna have to measure those passives, though.
If this is real important to you, I'd spend hours/days tracking down a schemetic
