Help with getting data from buttons connected to an MCU

Hello everyone! This is my first post.

I found this forum because I have designed and implemented a controller with 5 buttons that I need to connect to a 60 pin header in which my MCU (MC9S12DT256B) can be plugged.
I need to know to which pins I need to plug my buttons to be able to receive data through interrupts and from what registers and interrupt vectors I need to use when I'm coding?
