I'm looking to clip a 5v reference signal. Let me better explain my problem. I have a turbo diesel engine and I want to keep the PCM from seeing true boost pressure. The ideal circuit to wire in line of the signal would be adjustable and work as a voltage low pass filter.
    For example
Signal range is .65 -4.65 volts. I only want .65- 3 volts. Is this possible?

Unfortunately this forum has rules about automotive alterations and hacks. Discussions like this violate the terms of service as set by the forum owners. I would suggest you try another forum like this one which might be of some help.

The owners of All About Circuits have elected not to allow discussions of automotive electrical system modifications/enhancements due to safety concerns, the potential of legal ramifications and the possible circumvention of vehicle regulations at the state and federal level.

This thread is against the AAC forum rules, Chapter 6, as seen here:

This can be found in our Terms of Service (ToS)
