help needed~ USB firmware codes

hi guys.. anyone knows how to write a USB firmware code? i just need a sample, because i dont know where to start from? i'll be using silicon lab and C8051F320-DK, please help.. thanks loads in advance

I know how to write an HID and a bulk transport with RBC on a MAX3420. Unfortuneately I no longer have access to the source code. Had to leave it behind when I got laid off last week.
