I have just read AN6076. In this paper, i dont know about meaning of Vgs miler. Can anyone explain please?

Whose application note? Each vender has their own sequence numbering so AN6076 from National would be completely unrelated to AN6076 from TI (assuming both had app notes with that designator).

My guess is that is that it is referring to the Miller capacitance, not miler.
