Could some body help me with the LED strobes circuit ??

no need a PIC / a simple one with 555 and CD4017 something like that.

can drive more than 10 LED or more ....

possibly with a variable pattern

Hello,

The ne 555 in combination with an 4017 will give a sequential led move.
If you want to have a "random" patern, you can build a "fire-fly" circuit.
This is made of 4 ne 555 oscillators wich are on different speeds.
The leds in between the ne 555 's will "random" lit.
