I need a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) which has LVTTL/LVCMOS compatible outputs and Oscillator Nominal frequency range 80MHz to 110 MHz.

Please let me know the part number if you know any VCO which meets the above requirements or a closer one to my requirements.

    Waiting for your replies.
    Thanks.

I think our OP is looking for a VCO that is pullable from 80-110MHz.
Standalone VCOs may be a rare breed nowadays.

Maxim makes some stand alone ones in the ghz range, not sure about that low though.

Here is a MAX2606 VCO used as an FM transmitter. Its VCO is modulated with audio and it is tuned with a variable DC voltage.
The transmitter is missing pre-emphasis so it will sound muffled (high frequencies are cut by de-emphasis) when heard on a normal FM radio.
Its power supply should be regulated.
