I am in a situation to convert a high level signal into a single positve going pulse,that can be used as a clock pulse for triggering. The situation is, I have OR'ed or ADDED the outputs of a JK FLIP FLOP. Now, Irrespective of the input the added output will be always at high level. I need to know, How to convert this output as a pulse whenever input changes......? Please help me as soon as possible....

 

You probably need to use a one shot to give the pulse when the signal level goes high. What logic family do you use?

Do you mean that you ORed the Q and notQ outputs? Why would you do that?
