help me plz - A 3x3 keypad doesn't work.

    I am designing a keypad on circuit wizard. The diagram works fine , however when I use copper tracks and flying wires on my PCB version it does not work please help!!

    What switch are you using? Most switches like like the one you show have a short between pairs of pins to make it easy to do a single sided PCB.

    My guess is that you have the switch wired such that the internal switch connections are causing shorts in your circuit.

    Hello,

    As said, there are two pairs of contacts.
    Have a look at the following picture:

    Thank you everybody! I had orentated the switches the wrong way and was shorting out my whole circuit,just yad to flip them all round in the side.
