Please help me in finding the data sheet of the following diode with part number t2d84 the last digit is underlined as stated on the damaged diode I have.

 

Is this a SMD component? Those can be tricky to identify. But if you can take a picture of it. It will help a lot

Its not smd its a through hole component recovered it from cooler master 500 watt power supply

I see..But anyway if you can take a picture of the diode and the circuit board so we can see diode in full circuit it may help. I take it for granted that you have done a search on Google. However some manufacturers use custom labeling. So Google may in some cases be dead end

The "t2d84" looks more like a date code, then a part number.

 

What do u mean by tracing... The board circuit is not available publicly it is a property if cooler master well what I can do is post the link of the site

Now that we are at a dead end, maybe you can trace the circuit to get some more info.

Looks like I gotta try some other diode to bring my supply back to life

 

but what diode should i use?? :/

 

Is it two of those diodes relatively close to each other?
