Hi.

I would like to either re wire or replace the block. Popped into Maplins, but they dont have it.

The block is really small and I cant see how i get the teeth out, with breaking. Is the a tool I can purchase?

I cant see a serial number. Could anyone help, or point me in the direction of shop in London?
