    Hi,
I am working on a constant current control driver which outputs 1A of current. The inductor value for this design came out to be 25uH. Since i couldn't find an inductor 25uh with an Isat of 1.5 an above. I was wondering how high/ smaller i could go on inductance making sure that the current rating is high enough.

    please advice

For a switching regulator you can generally go higher in value with no problem, but not lower.

Mouser.com has 27 uH inductors that are rated up to at least 15 Amps. Look at the Bourns/J.W.Miller 2100HT series, for example, or their 5700 series.
