Hi All,

I need help identifying a small SMD IC. It is in a 5 pin SC-88A (or SC70) package and has the marking code AFL. There is a vertical line before the letter A but does not appear to be a character. All help greatky appreciated.

 

Looks like it's a MAX6409BS44-T.

I thought that & found datasheet but it is different package (Chip Bump 2x2)
I contacted Maxim to see if it was one of their devices but they were not to helpful. They suggested contacting manufacturer of pcb to establish part number!
I know that pin 3 is gnd & pin 5 vcc.

Anyone have any bright ideas?
