Help.... i'm newbie, ic 4093, CD4093, HCF4093 library

hello guys...i am newbie for diptrace...i learn hard to try making schematic with diptrace....in my first project i try to draw 220v/2000 watt stabilizer with ic 4093......when i tried to put component from library i cant find ic 4093 in all library manufacture list...i try to find another equivalent ic 4093 in library,they are HCF 4093, CD4093, MC14093 but still cant find it...would you please to help me guys...i would like to learn more from all off you.......thx for help..........

If you are looking for a quad two input Schmitt trigger NAND gate, then you will find that a CD4093 and an MC14093 are identical IC's.

I suspect you may be dangerously over your head in this project.

I have never used DIPTRACE, nor read the instructions for its' use.

If you cannot find an x4093B IC in the library, you might simply use a generic IC package that has the same number of pins (14) that the x4093B has.
