    Attached is a photo of a plastic angle bracket that I bought from Budget Robotics. Budget Robotics has said they cannot get these on a guaranteed basis and I have advised them that I am going to try to locate the manufacturer. The photo includes the dimensions of the bracket. If anyone knows who the manufacturer is, or the identity of a distributor, I would appreciate that information. The brackets may have been used in the cabinet making industry.

    Thanks.

    @PackratKing

    Thanks. Now I am even more certain that they are made in large quantities by somebody somewhere.

    I have tried Google and AliBaba with similar results to what you found, but I have not found the exact product. I will probably be buying only a few hundred at at time, and so I don't want to get into a tooling issue or other development efforts. I am really hoping to find someone with an inventory of these exact parts. Thanks.

    I've seen them, but I haven't found where to buy them (or any anything similar).

    Thank you. I've bookmarked the page. The main reason I'm looking for the couplers is twofold, to be able to take it apart and to use metal, which is critical for heat sinking power projects.

    I'd done something similar with plastic over a decade ago. MEK has been classed as a carcinogen, so it can be hard to get in an industrial environment. You can buy it easily enough, but the safety guys can be a real pain sometimes.

    Your Solution.

    Unless you wanted metal, then you'd need a mill.

    Hit up an Ace Hardware store, True Value or whoever and they'll have them in plastic.

    Sauder will probably send you a dozen or so for free if you just pay the postage.
