i am making the schemetics in eagle, but can' find d313 in components list, what to do

 

You look at the datasheet to find out what the package is.

Then you find an NPN transistor in the library that has the same package and pinout, and use the VALUE tool to change the displayed value to 2SD313.
Hint: transistor.lbr => *-NPN- => -NPN-TO220V

Its not possible to make a pcb layout just like the first one from this schematic as on any PCB CAD i.e.. PCB designing software the auto router will not work exactly in a same way all the time. A small spacing difference between the components makes all the difference, and forget about routing it manually I don’t think any body has that much time.

You have to do it yourself, if I would be in your place I would use an etch resist pen to draw the layout and make a exact PCB.
