    Hi All

How to interface DPRAM( CY7C028V ) between DSP( TMS320LF2407A) and PIC microcontroller( PIC18F97J60) especially how to take care about control pins such as chip enable(*CE), output enable (*OE), Semaphore ( *SEM), read write (R/*W, interrupts ( *INTR, *BUSY ), Upper and lower bytes ( *UB,*LB ) and master and slave select ( M/*S). Thank you.

All the pins you mentioned are inputs (except the interrupt pins) to the RAM chip thus you need to provide control signals to them from the PIC. The interrupt pins are outputs from the RAM chip which will give some information to the PIC about the state of the RAM (events happening in the RAM). Thus you need to treat them as inputs to the PIC.
