Help for building an AC-DC-AC Controlled converter

Hi All,

I am studying Electrical Engineering(Power Focused) so my expertise is not with Electronic circuits.
I am trying to build a small scale model of an AC-DC-AC converter for a project.

I need something that will convert AC to DC and back to AC again and can transfer power in both directions.

I have managed to build a thyristor based three phase full wavr rectifier on Yenka that will happily invert AC to DC but I am getting stuck when trying to convert back to AC.

I was hoping to use an IGBT based system if that helps.
