I almost read all TDA family amplifier ic(2002, 2020, 2030, 7294, 7293) and found that all of them require the gain with negative feedback at least 24dB or higher. What the reason so we should do this and what will happen if i used the ic to act as unity gain buffer amp?

I think they are internally compensated for use in high gain applications, and will be unstable/oscillating at low gain. Look at LM12, it's stable at unity gain.
