Hello i want to build power controlled circuit to control ceramic heat plate plate are 220-230v 450w.

i want make it control it LCD temp or simple just to be able adjust power to get different temp outputs

based on timer ON-OFF every 10 or so secs

I would use a solid-state relay rated for 240V, 3A or greater to control the heat plate. They typically require only 10-15mA at low voltage to turn on and and are thus easily controlled by other circuitry.

Got machine with 3 lcd displays in it one for botom plate one for iron solder one is ir Heat lam but i want rebuild top with better IR heater on it

If so, the first step would be to draw out a schematic and/or provide pictures, so that the experts here can tell what you have, and then clearly describe how you want to change it and why.

 

Ebay has a lot of temperature control modules fairly cheap, your 450W load should not be a problem.
