Whenever you have a primary frequency you will have harmonics.
If they are at a managable level, not to interfere with other services, is the question.
Attached is a copy of the 60 Hz harmonics that I measured in the western panhandle of Oklahoma, USA.
The pdf is out to the 24th harmonic, in a panoramic view.
