    Hello,

the output current waveform is inverted, any idea why it comes out like that?

Yes - the current through a device like L is defined for a certain direction only.
Thus, probe the upper node of the inductor and there will be no inversion.

The same applies also to resistance R and capacitor C.
The direction of a current is defined in the direction from x to y.
However, normally you cannot identify these nodes by a simple visual inspection only.
