Half bridge inverter,mosfet driver,transmitter circuit.

I tried to implement this circuit below (Transmitter side). After cranking it all up to 18V, something blew up. I'm not quite sure what did but I hope we can figure this out together. I purchased all the parts in the picture. I'd list the parts below.

1. IRS2103PBF Mosfet Driver (IC DRIVER HALF-BRIDGE)
2. 4N25 Optoisolator
3. FQA55N25 Mosfets
4. LM2940-N - 5v DC Regulator

I connected everything as is on the picture. I didn't have the arduino so I used a function generator to generate the PWM. What could have happened? Is the circuitary wrong? I'd like to help working through the problem and successfully building it. My goal is to build it by sunday so help me guys.

What blew up? Something you put on the board I presume. I don't see any MOSFETS in your schematic. That's perhaps the worst schematic I've ever seen. I can't tell what the chips are and I have no idea what the pin numbers are, I can't read the component values and it's a complete booge.
