I am new to this forum or you can say this is 1st time I am posting in any forum.

My Question is about electrical design not electronics.

I am a B.tech in Electrical Technology. working in Low Voltage Switchgear industry. I had worked in Testing section and in production, as a technician on you can say a "wire person".

I want some guidance our guide books in Electrical Panel design, the basic recipe for design or something like this.

To begin you could obtain a copy of NFPA79 Electrical Standards for Industrial Machinery.
There is also an older copy out there in PDF.
It is based around the NEC so I don't know how pertinent it is to where you are, but it should give you a universal general guide line to start.
    Max.
