Please i wish to write a project on gsm system for security purposes that only sends messages to the owner through mobile in case of incidents. Please how to i go about it

 

I don't think anyone can help you without a lot more detail.

My interpretation of your request is a gsm cellphone programmed to dial out to only one number once triggered by some event.

 

You just buy a "GSM module" from any of the hobby electronics suppliers or ebay, and connect it to the microcontroller of your choice. The GSM module should come with lots of documentation and sample code showing how to make it send messages.
