Just buy a Trimble GPS module.

 

note :
our Tx is not connected to pc
Rx is connected to pc

i wnat to get data from Tx via satellite using Rx which is connected to pc

Get a GPS with a serial port. The clock data will be part of the NMEA data stream.

Yes you are. I have no idea what you want. Did you read and understand the NMEA link in my last message. Is this homework?

 

this is an idea for project..
The idea of it is to make control room for traffic to reseve the data from car gps to know his speed and location ..etc
I hope you understand what i mean..if understand give me overall idea

 

Do the vehicle drivers carry smart phones? There are many apps to accomplish exactly what you've described. Phone receives GPS position, sends it to internet, apps enable finding friends, tracking trucks, finding lost children, etc. etc.

GPS doesn't use the internet. It's a complex radio receiver with a microcontroller. Many have RS232 and almost all communicate NMEA.

You can't build one from scratch, you can buy them for about $50

GPS satellites are not communications satelites.
