You are highly unlikely to get the response you want for several reasons.

1) You have supplied nowhere near enough information

plz explain me the Interfacing of GPS with atmega16..
can gps o/p directly be given to the atmega16....
i am building a circuit that will keep a track of a vehicle...
The on-board device will keep sending a SMS to the recipient about the longitude and latitude...using a GSM...so plz guide me..
