Hi I know this might sound like and odd project, but I need to build a GPRS/GSM WiFi hotspot.
So I need to be able to put a sim card in my device, and the device must then broadcast a short range WiFi network to a WiFi receiver chip (electric imp) within the same device.

I have been looking at GSM/GRPS modules from sierra http://www.sierrawireless.com/produ...ireless_Modules/Essential_Modules/WS6318.aspx

and IEEE 802.11 link controller from Atmel
    http://www.atmel.com/Images/Atmel-42351-SmartConnect-WILC1000_datasheet.pdf

However I would love to just use an already existing GPRS/GSM - WiFi-broadcast module if such exists, but I have not been able to find one.

Any one knows of such a module, or any good ideas of how to solve this task smart?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
