I have a non-working scope that doesn't power up that I'm wondering if it is worthwhile to repair. Don't know the value of this old Gould DSO scope. I have a logic analyser accessory with it also. any thoughts on repair?

Careful! If you start messing with Gould technology the guys from the Stargate SG1 might come after you!!
    :D

Sorry for the lame joke. I guess if it is a storage scope it has some value so it might be worth looking at the caps in the PSU. Replacing some caps there will often get the HV section up and running and if you get any sort of a trace that can help find and fix any ohter faults.
