That's all the information provided, I can only assume if you plug it in and it does not melt or blow up or cause a fire, the mains is OK?

 

From the picture it looks like one of those 3-light Hot-Neu-Gnd plug-in "anaylizer" circuits. From the size of the power resistors I would say they are using LEDs for the lamps. I remember them using three neon lamps and three 1/2W resistors. They don't indicate a neutral-ground reversal.

But I could be wrong.
