I want to build an SMD version of a Hbridge, but it seems like most of the SMD mosfets I found are too weak. Can anyone recommend a good n channel and p channel mosfets similar to the specs of this throughhole mosfet?

Problem is that I tired looking for that part in digikey and mouser, but they do not have it. Also, I could not find the TO-263A PCB layout in the Eagle Cad library.
