    like:
    Vocabulary
    Grammar
    Reading Compression?

    A good start, with something to suit your locality and interests, would be the BBC website.
    A bit of googling should also find you various tutorials.

    Read an Author from the golden days of Literature.
    I recommend Jules Verne classic Journey to the Centre of the Earth.
    Perfect grammar and an excellent source of new words that will expand your vocabulary. You will also learn about societal norms in the Victorian Era. :)

    I was of the opinion that you have plenty of weather in India :D. Naturally, a weather map isn't going to help you greatly with grammar. Try this.
