GNU units

    If you're not familiar with the GNU units program, I'd suggest taking a look at it, as it's useful to most scientists and engineers. I've attached a quickie description of some of its capabilities.

    I love it and use it quite often.

    You have: c
    You want: furlongs per millisecond
    * 1490.2592

    Great for fun translations of miles per gallon as well.

    You have: 20 miles per gallon
    You want: rod per ml
    * 1.6907011
