General information needed

    I just want to have general information on
    Microcontrollers,ic timers,l c r circuits(uses),
    and also on how to use transisitors,fet in timer circuits
    please u can send me url ,site name etc anything you know about it

    also can u tell where i can find specification sheets for different electronic equipments.

    is there any site/software where i just have to enter requirements(ex breakdown voltage ,max power, max i ) and i get the instrument no.(like bc107 sl100 for transistors)???

    Mouser.com has a very helpful search filter for doing what you're looking for.

    You can start off by searching for "Transistor", and you will be presented with a number of selections for narrowing your query, such as bipolar, FET, etc - once you select the technology, you can select parameter ranges like polarity (NPN/PNP), VCEO max, EBV, CC, power dissipation, gain, package, etc. Quite handy.
