Hello,
I am having a really hard time understanding combinatorial logic blocks like muxes, decoders, encoders, flip flops, etc.
Its not that I do not understand what each of them do, I pretty much get the gist of their roles. However, when approached with a problem like building a bit shuffler or D flip flop from scratch ... well I do not know how or where to begin at all!
I would really appreciate if anyone could post maybe some website you think is particularly helpful, or even reference a book!
Thank you for your help and time.
Best,
