gEDA and ngspice

Hello,
I have a few questions about gEDA and ngspice. I appreciate any help.
Is gEDA used only for PCB design or it's used for IC design as well?
How accurate is ngspice? I use spectreRF (a Cadence simulator) at work and I'm just wondering if ngspice is as accurate as spectreRF?
Could ngspice be used for high frequency simulations or it's just used for low frequency analog simulations?
