Hi everyone!

I would like to make a gear indicator in my car with a 16 segment display (PSA05-11EWA). This show "1-5" + "N" + "R".
The common anode is the problem. I think the 4543IC is good for me, but I don't know how connect this with the display. If it works then it will show hopefully the numbers "1-5". The "N" and "R" with the old analog system (∞ diodes :D) when the ic is turned off, so that not problem.
The point is the ic and the connect because I don't have enough place in the clock (ø70mm).

Could you help?
Sorry for the english and thanks in advance... Thomas
