    Hello to all.
I need help with the following

I purchased a after market instrument cluster for my motorcycle and the fuel sender is 0 to 100 ohm and the gauge is 0-520 ohm

The instrument cluster has a common +12 volt input though can operate at 10 volt.
The fuel sender is on the ground side

    ie. GND(-) -----Fuel sender(0-100)------Meter(0-520)-----+12v

Is there any superstars out there that know the solution to the problem?
    Cheers

If it isn't working then the sensor and the gauge don't match. These are similar to the way temperature gauges work too.

Google explains the circuits better than I can at the moment.

Can anyone help with this problem.
I assume that changing the voltage would scale the meter differently but I can not do this as the + voltage only has a fluctation of +/- 2 volt
