FQD630 RDS Vs temperature

    Dear All

    Please help me regarding the RDSon Vs the temperature variation in the Power MOSFET. The Graph is attached in this mail. How to find the exact RDSon resistance, since the values are normalized in the graph.

    Find the temperature desired on the X axis (bottom).
    Go straight up until you intersect the line.
    Then go straight left until you get to the legend on the Y axis (vertical)
    Multiply the typical (0.34) and maximum (0.4) Rds(on) by the normalized number.
    The numbers won't be exact; just typical and maximum.

    Note that at 125°C, the Rds(on) will be about twice of what it is at 25°C.
