My professor hasn't covered this yet, but he assigned homework for it for some reason, so i am pretty much in the dark. I understand fourier series pretty well, but i dont know how to implement it into circuit analysis.

The question is pretty simple, a saw tooth wave driving an op amp, which is attached, and i need to calculate the first 4 values of the output voltage of the op amp.

To start you off with this problem

This OP amp circuit is a simple filter which has a transfer function to be derived.

Fourier analysis of the input wave will give you the amplitude of the individual frequencies that you can apply to the frequency dependent filter (4 in your case) and work out the output amplitudes and phases (if necessary) .

Hope this helps
