Unacceptable. That cannot be correct. No way.
Please leave the text as written by the poster without altering it.
Leave the capitalizing-each-word for alarmist newspapers; it has no place in the forum. There is some electronic abreviations and part numbers and other things that should be left as written. If written wrong, it is the poster's mistake, the forum cannot do arm twisting.

This was a default Xenforo setting it looks like, I have turned it off.

When the second and following letters of a word were written in upper case, like 'DC' 'LED' the default was forcing them to lower case also.
