Fm radio broadcast monitor

i work in an fm radio house as an engineer ,and most time we have this issue of power failure,phase failure,over modulation, dead air and tx off air;; so i have decided to design and built a device that will monitor all this from another office and alert me for immediate action,i have started the design but im still thinking of the easiest circuits to achieve this, pls if u have any ideal pls post your comment thanks
