Flowcode Question

Does anyone here use flowcode to program their uCs? If so i need help. This question is related to the thread I posted in the microcontroller forum. The icon that is used to read and write files to the SD/MMC card is supposed to be only FAT16, but what do I do if I want to use FAT32 to access the SD/MMC card for my Jukebox?
