I'm looking for code flow software or flow chart software. Something where I can design my software code in blocks and boxes and connect them with yes, no, time out, etc.... Preferably freeware. I'm starting to get deep into a program and need something to lay out everything.

I'd just go illustrator in that case. I was hoping they had something small as freeware to use.

Try Dia... I think it was the only half-decent GPL program I found for flow charts (mine were quite simple, though)

Cool that looks like what I'm looking for! Thanks

Ok i played around with this a little bit and its exactly what I was looking for, easy not frills, flow charting. Easy for program design and its basically so easy anyone could use it. I highly recommend this software if you need to flow anything out.

Glad to hear that :) I'm trying to go 100% GPL, but I still have my weaknesses. However, Dia was one of the tools that proved me it IS possible.

Another tool I have found very useful when brainstorming is Freemind... When handling many different requirements it's wonderful
