Flip-Flop Values Question

    How many flip-flop values are complemented in an 8-bit binary ripple counter to reach the next count value after 11111111 and 01110011?

    Well, my guess is that 11111111 --> 00000000, so all 8 bits of 11111111 are flip flopped.

    For B, 01110011 --> 01110100 (Right? I'm not 100% sure...)

    The only bits that got flipped were 011 --> 100, so the answer is 3?
