fixing my DMM?

Hi guys

I got a UNI-61E DMM here, say I got a 5V source and I measure it with the meter, it shows 5.110V and then counts down like 0.001V step until forever.

What could be the problem, and can I fix it? it seems the reading is not stable at all.

it's from a voltage regulator, there is no load. I have another meter connected to the same source, the other meter reads 5.002V.

From my OP to now, the reading of my Uni-T 61E is 5.047V. (same source, it has not been disconnected sine my OP)
